What do you need from us?

A work-order export and an invoice export — files your portal or office software already produces. If it is easier, connect ServiceChannel instead. If some data is missing, we work with what you have.

Do you need access to our systems?

No. A spreadsheet is enough. If you do connect a portal, Hulton only ever reads — it cannot change work orders, send anything, or talk to your customers. You can use a read-only login you control, and disconnect any time.

What does it cost after the free review?

The 20-job review and the live pilot are free, with no commitment. Paid plans will be priced together with the first customers — you will never be surprised into a bill.

Is Hulton software or a service?

Both. The software reads your job data and flags where money looks missed. The founder personally works through the first reviews with you, and nothing goes to your customers without you.

What happens to our data?

It is used only to make your review. It is never shared, and it is deleted on request. Contractors like this work under national-account confidentiality rules — the review is built around exactly that.
