What to expect.
- What do you need from us?
- A work-order export and an invoice export — files your portal or office software already produces. If it is easier, connect ServiceChannel instead. If some data is missing, we work with what you have.
- Do you need access to our systems?
- No. A spreadsheet is enough. If you do connect a portal, Hulton only ever reads — it cannot change work orders, send anything, or talk to your customers. You can use a read-only login you control, and disconnect any time.
- What does it cost after the free review?
- The 20-job review and the live pilot are free, with no commitment. Paid plans will be priced together with the first customers — you will never be surprised into a bill.
- Is Hulton software or a service?
- Both. The software reads your job data and flags where money looks missed. The founder personally works through the first reviews with you, and nothing goes to your customers without you.
- What happens to our data?
- It is used only to make your review. It is never shared, and it is deleted on request. Contractors like this work under national-account confidentiality rules — the review is built around exactly that.
