What we collect
Only what you give us for your review: work-order and invoice exports you upload, emails you paste or forward, and — if you choose to connect a portal — the job, proposal and invoice records Hulton reads there. Plus your account email.
What we do with it
One thing: build your billing review. Every figure Hulton shows links back to the record it came from. Your data is never sold, never shared with other customers, and never used to train anything.
Access
Connections are read-only by design — Hulton only ever reads from your systems and cannot change work orders, send messages, or touch your customers. For portals you can use a read-only login you control, and disconnect at any time; stored credentials are destroyed the moment you do.
Where it lives
In an encrypted database hosted in the United States (Vercel and Neon are our infrastructure providers). Connector credentials are additionally encrypted at rest.
Deletion
Email oliver@gethulton.com and your workspace and every record in it are deleted. No retention games, no exports held back.
Confidentiality
Many of the contractors we work with operate under national-account confidentiality clauses. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send anything.
